Last time WWE event was happened in India in 2017. On WWE third quarter of Earnings Call 2020 the chairman of WWE Vince McMahon,CEO Stephanie McMahon and President of WWE Nick Khan was present in function. Nick Khan had announced big news and updates related to event happening in upcoming months.
He also told they are planning for WWE main event in India in 2021.WWE partnership with Sony to place an event in India which will broadcast in sony channel. Number of Indian Super wrestlers will participate in this event with professional superstars. This event will also be broadcast in the USA for gaining pay per view.

Last time event was successfully held in India which was taken placed in Mumbai in 2017. Many WWE superstars had come to perform in last event. One of the most iconic WWE superstar Roman Reigns who have huge fan following in India with other superstars like Sheamus, Kevin Owens and chairman Triple H had come to India last time.
India is second largest marketing of WWE Products after the USA that's why WWE is pushing Indian wrestlers to make them mega superstars in the world. The Great Khali, Jinder Mahal and Shera motivating Indian wrestlers to be a part of WWE.
Recently, Shanky Singh who was a student of The Great Khali signed by WWE. Other players like Gurvinder Grewal and Laxmi Singh Rajput were also signed by WWE. They are now doing training in Las Vegas, USA.
WWE is planning to make a new platform in India which is NXT India to expand NXT in all over the world. Thus, its good news for Indian wrestlers to make good impact on WWE.

On last november he announced through social media that he was suffering from Blood cancer due to which he died yesterday due to heart attack at home.
