The thrilling Indian Premier League(IPL) 13th season once again shows that why IPL is the best T20 cricket league in the world. On the last match we got our top four teams of IPL 2020. Yesterday, match no.56 the last match of IPL 2020 was played between Mumbai Indians and Sunrisers Hyderabad. Mumbai Indians already qualified for the playoffs and become the 1st team to do so. But for SRH it was do-or-die situation for them in their last match with Mumbai Indians. The three teams already qualified for the playoff before last match and for 4th spot the race was on between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Kolkata Knight Riders. KKR won 7 out of 14 matches with net run rate -0.214. SRH had left one match with Mumbai Indians, SRH won its last match against MI by 10 wickets and won 7 out of 14 match with positive net run rate +0.608. David Warner and Wardhiman Saha took away match from MI by chasing 153 runs without loosing any wicket. Thus, SRH grab 4th position and qualified for the playoffs.
Now to reach in IPL final teams have to play Qualifier and Eliminator match.
Many of my friends don, 't know the scenario of IPL semifinal.
Basically, Qualifier is played between top 2, teams the winner of that match will directly go to the final and looser have one more chance in eliminator to reach final.
Whereas, Eliminator is played between 3rd and 4th position in points table. There are two eliminator rounds known as eliminator 1 and eliminator 2. Eliminator 1 played between 3rd and 4th position team and winner of eliminator 1 will face looser of qualifier in eliminator 2 and winner will reach in final of the IPL.

Qualifier 1 was held between Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals. The toss was in the favor of Delhi Capitals and opt to bowl first. Mumbai Indians loose early wicket of its captain Rohit Sharma in duck by lbw in a very first over of the inning by R. Ashwin. But on other hand Quinton DE Cock batting exceptionally well and gave a quick start to MI.There was good partnership between Surya Kumar Yadav and Q.De.Cock. Surya Kumar showed his class by making his fifty 51(38) and got out on next delivery of Nortje.
After SKY breakthrough MI loosed Krunal and Pollard very quickly but Ishan Kisan and Hardik Pandya turned the table again in Mumbai Indians corner and put a devastating total on the board 200/5 in 20 overs in 1st qualifier.
Delhi Capitals looked so uncomfortable and pressure due they have loosed 3 wickets without scoring any runs on the board, which was shocking for everybody. Trent Boult bowled brilliantly and took 2 wickets in his 1st over. The game changer of the match was Bum Bum Bumrah who took 4 wickets just by giving 14 runs and become man of the match and took his team to final of IPL 2020.
Eliminator match was played between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bangalore which was nail cutting match.SRH won the toss and opted to bowl.RCB again change four players from its playing XI. First, time in this IPL Virat Kohli opened with Devdat Padikkal for RCB even Aaron Finch in playing XI due to which whole batting lineup of RCB become disturbed. Again Virat Kohli scored a single digit run and only batsmen from RCB side who looked brilliant was Mr 360 Ab De Villiers. He scored 56 in 46 balls and took RCB to a fighting total of 131/7.
Whereas SRH again showing its consistency in both the apartments. In the middle overs SRH loosing wickets but ice man Kane Williamson 50 in 44 balls took away match from RCB won by 6 wickets with 2 balls remaining. Kane williamson was declared man of the match.
As SRH reached Qualifier 2 by defeating RCB in eliminator match, and Delhi Capitals loosing a big match from Mumbai Indians in Qualifier 1. Now both teams will meet in Qualifier 2 on 8th November in Sheik Zayad cricket stadium at 07:30pm as per IST on star sports 1&3.
